At ASSOULINE, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original ASSOULINE shipping box, ensuring all branded dust bags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the return.
